Hei kjære Roversfans!

Da har vi endelig fått inn siste brikken i puslespillet, vår IT/Business medarbeider Jits. Han vil hjelpe oss med alt som har med IT og gjøre, og han vil rapportere direkte til styret. Jits er ingen "webmaster" som fikser en mini sak her og en der. Jits skal jobbe for BRSCN for å skape med verdi for skandinaviske Roversfans! Og det skal ha gjøre gjennom sin IT/Business kompetanse :=)

Jeg har lege villet spørre dere trofaste roversfans om å komme med alle deres ideer til hva dere tror vil kunne forbedre BRSCN. Jeg har valgt å la være, helt til nå. Hvorfor? Fordi jeg og resten av styret innerst inne har visst at før vi har en IT-ressurs på plass vil vi ikke klare å gjennomføre alle de gode ideene dere kommer til å komme med! Well...nå er bordet åpent!

Hva skjer etter at man har kommet med ideer?

1) Når alle forslagene er kommet inn vil markedsavdelingen foreta en vurdering av den antatte verdien forslagene vil ha hos skandinaviske roversfans.

2) Jits gjør en vurdering av hver idee som på en eller annen måte relaterer til IT. Han vurderer ideen etter tre kriterier:
- antatt kundeverdi
- tid å få på plass ide
- kostnad i KR

Jeg starter showet med å legge inn mine ideer. Legg inn ideene deres PÅ ENGELSK slik at Jits ikke må lære seg norsk for ¨forstå......... ;)

Bjarte sine forslag til hva som kan gi skandinaviske roversfans mer verdi:

- University section which enables members to get advice of how to join universities and watch rovers

- BRSCN Customer relationship Management System - track what our customers do on the nwebsite, what services they buy, when they dont become mebmers ,whether they sign up for competitions and so on. Powerfull, exspecially in combination with marketing areas such as customer segmentation and improved customer value.

- RSS feed which collects and displays roversnews from everywhere on the webpage so that people dont have to go anywhere else for news

- nice small feature somewhere which makes it easy to send in ideas and store these in a desirable format (not on emails)

- injurylist - what´s the injury, how long are they out, injury history etc

- player ratings portarayed in a much more value adding weay than today

- posters in magazine

- new rovers section which include blackburn guides about things like hotell, pub, restaurtant and tourist sights

- generally look at all other supportes websites and steal great ideas from them

- who´s online with chat possiblibites

- posters in magazine, a brilliant suggestion. A fixture list-poster is something I would like to see in a summer (right before Premier League season start) issue of Uncle Jack´s!

Spurs web-page you can fast reach many different types of information about the club, fast. It is easy to find things, and i like how the web-page looks.

So the target should be a page that looks more pro than it does today, with manye of the same things inside it. But faster to get the information:)

If you should consider a chat.
- The target should be to get a really good chat, i know of a lot of chats that users dont use because they are not good enough.

We should have more easy to find information about the first team, reserve-team and academy team. Why not also have more information about the squads of youngsters coming trough the academy? The reserves?

Like may people ask were is Sergio Peter? What is happeing to him? What happend to Vogel? Is he hicking in Usa or camping in germany?

Information about the team, the players and everything with Blackburn should be easy to find.

Maybe not very interesting to read about youngster jay mcewely in the page, that are playing in Derby i think. That makes the page look unprofessional.

Clubshop. I will gladly play extra to support BRSCN. The official clubshop has been poor, and the shipping/customs/taxes usually cost more than you actually ordered for.
