Thank you for your email and apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Unfortunately, due to EFL broadcast guidance, we were not able to stream last weekend’s fixture in your territory. As stated in the terms and conditions on our website, we cannot guarantee that any match will be available in any territory until the week of the match, as dictated by the EFL. Each week, we will provide information on territories which will be able to access the stream for that game.
The pricing model, again dictated by the league, is aimed to provide value for customers in respect of some matches being blocked in their territory.
Any audio issues experienced in recent weeks are also a fault of the league’s technical partners and whilst we are pushing to have this resolved, all clubs are impacted equally and this is something that is out of our control.
