Jeg sendte mail til Rovers TV support og fikk dette svaret:
"The club is pleased to confirm that the upgrade of our SSO
(single sign-on), which had resulted in some downtime for certain
elements of our website and online services, has now been completed.
Supporters should now be able to register a new account using our new SSO
(single sign-on) using the same email address as they previously used
for their Rovers account. Fans will also be able to update their
personal information and choose their communication preferences from the
club.
Supporters already with a Rovers account will inherit
their previous access rights as long as they use the same email address
which is registered with their streaming account. This will then give
access automatically to video, audio, seasonal and match passes.
We
kindly request supporters possessing a streaming pass to reestablish
their account at their earliest convenience promptly. We would like to
suggest that supporters avoid completing this process on a matchday to
avoid disappointment."
