Ok, been down to Ewood Park to complain about the comments made by Steve Kean and about the fans wanting their money back.
Worryingly, the employee I dealt with (who was excellent by the way) stated "it should come out of Steve Kean wages". I asked to speak with Paul Hunt but was told that "he had not arrived in work today"... Make of that what you will.
I was told to report to you that "IF YOU WISH TO TRY AND CLAIM YOUR MONEY BACK YOU SHOULD ALL WRITE IN INDIVIDUALLY". I asked, "if the club gave a statement saying we would be refunded, would we still have to all do this?" and this was the most worrying part.....
"WELL TO BE HONEST WE'RE NOT SURE WHO WOULD MAKE THAT DECISION IN THE FIRST PLACE AS WE'RE UNSURE WHO IS WORKING ABOVE US".
This person asked me to inform you that your emails to Paul Hunt are being recieved and are being passed on to him. I asked the employee to pass on that "The fans would like this issue to be settled for Saturdays match as many fans who were present at the Cardiff game will be present on Saturday".
I left him my contact details for what it's worth.
Hope this helps,
Neal.
